Entering the property through the fantastic front door with its vintage porthole and ship lights you'll find the light & airy kitchen/dining room on your right. With sparkling quartz work tops the kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances including Dishwasher, Washing machine, Fridge, Freezer, Neff Oven, Induction hob, Microwave & Nespresso Machine . Supplied with all cooking utensils, crockery, tea towels & washing up equipment you'll need for your stay. The Dining area with an original Ercol table & 4 chairs is large enough to relax in with 2  tub arm chairs and ambient lighting for those special relaxing dinners.

The roomy lounge with wonderful views over Dartmouth looking across to the rolling hills opposite. With two large 3 seater sofas you can sit back and unwind  or snuggle up to watch a movie! Samsung Smart TV, Blu-ray/DVD player and board games are provided.

The first double bedroom has French doors opening out onto a balcony with the most spectacular panoramic views down to the River & Town. With a bistro table & chairs this is such a great spot to have breakfast or sit and enjoy a glass of wine (or two!). The second bedroom is the same size & has a  Combi TV/DVD & hillside views from the large velux window. Both have good quality mattresses, feather duvets & pillows. Freshly laundered 500 thread count Egyptian white cotton covers & towels are all provided for your stay.

The other side of the hallway is the bathroom, tiled in natural stone with large walk in shower with Hansgrohe fittings & full height towel radiator.

Towels are provided for your stay in the apARTment but we do recommend you bring beach towels.

Gardens &

Summer House

Our Victorian house is a very unique character property set in wonderful gardens with magnificent views from every level. In 1999 we inherited an overgrown & unstructured garden & it has been 17 years in creation & still evolving...The garden is terraced on several levels & has many interesting areas including an acer collection, sculptural firepit surrounded by agapanthus, mature tree ferns, lawn, lower tropical section where we've built a small fish pond this year & fruit & vegetable plot. It was previously featured in a major 'Coast' magazine article profiling family life by the sea. Part of the garden under the studio was designed by youngest ever Chelsea Flower show Gold Winner Mary Reynolds, it won a BALI award & was the featured in an episode of BBC series 'Small Town Gardens'.The apartment looks down on the garden   and Guests are very welcome in the warmer months to use our Summer House , where you can relax, enjoy the garden and read the Sunday papers & use the facilities to make a cup of tea .
