The garDEN studio has 1 double bed, (sleeps 2) off street parking, a compact kitchen, deck overlooking a private garden with spectacular views of the countryside & Dartmouth Town from the Lower Garden. 5 - 10 mins walk from town.
the apARTment RATES & AVAILABILITY the garDEN studio
Your booking has no hidden extra charges. All freshly laundered bedding/towels, electric, heating, hot water & off street parking space etc are all included. To welcome you will find milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cake & a bottle of wine, of course!. We provide a small selection of Nespresso pods so advise bringing additional favourites if you wish. The apartment will be ready from 2pm onwards on your day of arrival. It needs to be vacated by 10am on your departure day to prepare for the next guests. There is no extra charges for cleaning as long as the accommodation is left in an acceptable condition with no damages. Deposits are returned within 7 days of your stay.
